Position Summary:
助理人员勒aders are responsible for the management of crew members, equipment and materials with limited supervision by field supervisors. They will ensure that all services are completed according to Klausing standards, in an efficient manner; all materials and time are accurately documented. They will recognize that customer satisfaction is Klausing Group’s top priority.
Education / Experience:
- Successful completion of High School or a GED
- Minimum of 1 year experience
Licenses / Certifications:
- Valid KY Driver’s License
- DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Other Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Constant standing and walking
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Organize equipment, materials and information
- Operate heavy equipment and company vehicles
- Servicing and manage equipment
- Training, leading and supervising crew members
- Ensure daily responsibilities are performed before dismissing crews
- Maintain and report accurate time, materials, equipment measurements and internal documentation
- Provide additional services to clients
- Twenty-four (24) hour snow and ice removal
